Custom bicycle and wheel build content

Campagnolo Super Record

Also fitted is Bro for the Bri from Richard Sachs.

The main assembly is ready and I will build the wheels next.

ENVE Smarts are now shipping.

I enjoy building custom bicycles.

The cotton base tape on Continental 22's requires a thorough stretch.

The Javelin Lugano is ready for final adjustments.

I do my best to fill one wheelset order per day. These hubs are what's on tap for the next 6 days. 3 x Chris King, White Industries, Phil Wood, and Alchemy hubsets are ready.

I stock DT Swiss Competiton Spokes.

The luster of Phil Wood hubs is pretty amazing.

I track all my wheel builds with serial numbers.

Tufo Tape is ultimately safe for Continental tires.

This Javelin bicycle frameset is made by hand in Italy.

I selected the HED Corsair and J-Bend bars, with the Zipp Return to Center shifters.

The rest of the build consisted of SRAM Force, Fizik Tri Saddle, Ritchey Adjustable Stem and the ENVE Smart 6.7's. This customer drove up from Jersey for his fit and competed on it that very next day.

Richard Sachs sent me this gift. Thank you, Richard.

These frames are painted from Jay Nutini of Circle A Cycles. I will assemble them soon.
