Luxe Wheelworks Tech Journal no.10

My spokes are ordered cut to length and come to me individually packaged and labeled. 

I am fortunate to work with some amazing manufacturers. These hubs are made by hand in New Mexico by Jeremy Parfitt. 

They have a very high quality finish.

Here are the rims I will use. They are a 50mm profile rim with a 21mm width. I sourced them from Taiwan.  

I do my best to always follow manufacturer's specifications. I will carefully read this instruction sheet before I begin assembling this wheelset. 

Here is my material ready for assembly. 

110kgf average on the drive-side. 

73kgf  average on the non-drive side.
