This VXR features Campagnolo Chorus 11V, DT Swiss handbuilt wheels, and a signature Svelte Cycles finishing kit.
This photo is taken in front of the historic Stark House in Nashua, NH. 
This brake design by Campagnolo is called "Skeleton".
This DT Swiss 240 front hub is their "R" design which stands for "radial".
The rear hub is a DT Swiss 240.

TIME use a monostay design rear triangle.
Here I am taking a picture of this bicycle.
The front derailleur is a "braze-on" design.
TIME supply the rubber grommets you see on the cable housing.
The water bottle cages are made by Arundel.
The saddle (tilted too far up in my opinion) is made by Fizik.
